利用しているマイプロフィールがドリコムに変わりました。

写真が本文途中にはさめるようになったり、いろんな機能が
プラスされている模様ですが、リニューアル後のためか混みあっていて
なかなか確認できていません。
ま、追々・・・

パットマッセ！

新しいヴィラ情報教えてもらいました。
Pat Mase（パットマッセ？）

メインプールもあるヴィラの集合体。
場所はジンバランのフォーシーズンズのちょっと先。
空港にも近いし、何より今はオープニングレートで泊まれるというのが魅力

意外と見やすいココも参照～

余談ですが、どっかで聞いたことのある響きの名前だな～と思っていたら、
これこれ、これでした。
学生のときになんだか好きだったsesso matto（セッソマット）というイタリア映画のサントラ。

なんだほんまに余談でしたね。ははは

～the new places just continue to open!

Space Colonie is the newest hidden treasure to be found in Ubud. It is
situated down a small lane, Jln. Goutama [it runs off Jln. Raya Ubud, beside
Nomad]. Difficult to find but very much worth the effort! They offer quality
coffee, gourmet sandwiches [Bacon, Avocado and Cheese or a Grilled Beef that
has been marinated in oyster sauce and garlic], interesting snacks [crispy
wontons stuffed with a meaty bolognaise sauce] and well-priced mains [fish
and chips, but real beer batter]. And for the non-meat eaters, vegetarian
delights such as an unusual Terong Panggang [whole roasted eggplant with
Balinese spices and sauce]. Finish with my favourite; Baked Rum Raisin
Cheesecake topped with blackberry yoghurt!

Fuel is its name, and you read it here first! Soon to open in Kuta, the
first up-market establishment to venture to this area for many years! Almost
opposite the ill-fated Sari Club, Fuel will provide quality bistro-style
offerings [eat and drink anytime], in a lavish setting. It will be simple by
day, slightly more exotic by night, then with quality music late into the
evening. The original Fuel, a part of Sydney's famous but now defunct MG
Garage complex, is a bit more staid than what this Bali version promises to
be. Their only similarity is the quality of food, and value, that will be
offered. With the management team behind this place, it cannot miss! Fuel
for the body! Fuel for the mind! Fuel for the soul!

Wetis the rather appropriate name for the new outside dining area at
Waterbom Park, in Jln. Kartika Plaza, Tuban! A combined effort by Papa's for
the pizzas and M&M for the barbecue items, this is already a popular evening
spot for a snack and a drink [it opens at 5.00 and closes early a.m]. I am
amazed that it is not open all day, as I think it would be packed!
Interesting Pizzas, mostly traditional but a few moderns such as Peking Duck
[shredded duck, shallots, sesame, choy sum and plum sauce] and Chilli Crab
[crab with coconut, ginger, chilli and coriander]. Crunchy Spicy Chicken
Wings or Tangy Spare Ribs. Try a Snoop Dog! A hot dog but fatter and
juicier, I like the Chilli con Carne version.

Stiff Chilli Sports Bar complies with the Rodney Holt methodology of 'why
just go down the road for a snack and drink when you can make a whole day of
it!' For the 4th time when trying to find a new Stiff Chilli, I got lost on
the way. The Stiff Chilli Sports Bar is the place to be if you want to rub
shoulders with the world's top surfboard riders, those for whom this area is
the real Bali! If you decide to make the trek turn off [towards those famous
surfing beaches] in the middle of the little village of Pecatu, half way
between that other Stiff Chilli and Uluwatu, and follow the winding cliff
top road to Padang Padang [Jln. Labuan Sait]. The simple menu includes those
famous wood-fired pizzas, hefty hamburgers on freshly baked ciabatta,
salads, pastas and chunky Souvlaki Wraps. I watched with amazement as a
hungry surfie downed two different wraps, holding one in each hand, taking a
monstrous bite of each in turn! Such a peaceful, rustic setting that once
more demonstrates the enormous variety in the locations to be found on this
magic island.～
